Once the renter moves in and first rent payment clears, your commission is queued for the next biweekly payout via ACH. No chasing. No invoicing. Automatic.
What You Earn Per Signed Lease
Your commission depends on the property tier. All amounts are fixed — no percentages, no surprises.

All affiliates start at Silver. Gold and Platinum unlock automatically after 60 days of active participation based on your rolling 90-day placement average. The tiers are visible from Day 1 so you always know exactly what you are working toward.
Tier Promotion Rules
- New affiliate joins→ Starts at Silver automatically
- 60 days active + 6–15/month→ Promoted to Gold automatically
- 60 days active + 16+/month→ Promoted to Platinum automatically
- Drops below threshold 60 days→ Steps down one tier, 30-day notice
- Fraudulent referral detected→ Removed immediately, commissions voided

How Payouts Work
