Terms of Service

By accessing or using Vohna at getvohna.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Vohna is an intelligent rental discovery platform that connects renters with property listings and enables property managers to market their properties. Vohna is a marketing and technology platform. Vohna does not act as a real estate broker, agent, or property manager. All lease agreements are between renters and property owners directly.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Renters may use Vohna to search listings, save properties, request tours, and submit applications. Renters agree not to submit false information in any application. Vohna does not guarantee the availability of any listing.

Property managers agree to list only properties they are authorized to market. All listings must comply with applicable fair housing laws. Property managers agree to honor any advertised move-in specials. Vohna reserves the right to remove listings that violate these terms.

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or discriminatory listings.
• Scrape or copy content from the Vohna platform.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users.

All content on Vohna — including the logo, design, copy, and software — is the property of Vohna and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any Vohna content without written permission.

Vohna is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of listings, availability of properties, or uninterrupted access to the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vohna shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

For users located in Texas: Any dispute arising from your use of Vohna that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas, or in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, at Vohna's election.

For users located outside Texas: If you are accessing or using Vohna from another state, you agree that any dispute will first be subject to good-faith informal resolution. If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration conducted remotely, or in the state or federal courts of Dallas County, Texas, to the extent arbitration is not required or enforceable under your local law.

For users located outside the United States: Vohna currently operates in the United States. If you access the platform from outside the United States, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws. Disputes will be governed by Texas law to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Informal Resolution First: Before filing any claim, you agree to contact Vohna at getvohna.com/contact and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Vohna will attempt to resolve any complaint within 30 days of receiving written notice.

Class Action Waiver: To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.

Note: Nothing in this section limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your state or jurisdiction that cannot be waived by contract.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
