Renter Terms

You must be at least 18 years old to create a tenant account on Vohna. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.

Application fees are set by each property manager and shown clearly before you submit an application. Fees are processed by Stripe and are non-refundable once your application is submitted, regardless of whether the application is approved.

A Premium subscription unlocks the Vohna Verified badge after you complete identity verification through Stripe Identity.

• What Verified means: you have an active Premium subscription and have passed a Stripe Identity check.
• What Verified is not: it is not a credit check, not a background check, not an income check, and not a guarantee that a property manager will approve your application.

• Provide accurate personal information on your profile and on every application.
• Do not submit fraudulent, duplicate, or misleading applications.
• Honor scheduled tours or cancel with reasonable notice.
• Respect property manager listings — do not scrape, mirror, or republish content.

Your saved-listings list belongs to you. You may create share links to send a curated list to a partner, roommate, or family member. Share links are revocable at any time from your account; once revoked the link stops working immediately.

After a lease is signed, Vohna may surface third-party move-in services (insurance, movers, utilities). Vohna earns referral fees from some of these partners when you click through and complete a transaction. These relationships are disclosed inline next to each partner offer.

Vohna is a marketplace that connects renters and property managers. We do not guarantee that any application will be approved, that any listing remains available, or that pricing displayed on Vohna matches the final lease terms. Final approval is at the sole discretion of each property manager.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

For users located in Texas: Any dispute arising from your use of Vohna that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas, or in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, at Vohna's election.

For users located outside Texas: If you are accessing or using Vohna from another state, you agree that any dispute will first be subject to good-faith informal resolution. If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration conducted remotely, or in the state or federal courts of Dallas County, Texas, to the extent arbitration is not required or enforceable under your local law.

For users located outside the United States: Vohna currently operates in the United States. If you access the platform from outside the United States, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws. Disputes will be governed by Texas law to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Informal Resolution First: Before filing any claim, you agree to contact Vohna at getvohna.com/contact and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Vohna will attempt to resolve any complaint within 30 days of receiving written notice.

Class Action Waiver: To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.

Note: Nothing in this section limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your state or jurisdiction that cannot be waived by contract.
