Tenant Acquisition Fee
Flat fees per signed lease. No percentages. No surprises.

Fee is charged only on a signed lease with completed move-in and cleared first rent payment. No placement, no charge. Fee is classified as a Tenant Acquisition Fee — not a brokerage commission.
