Vohna Platform Statement

Vohna is a technology-driven rental marketplace, advertising platform, and lead generation service that enables property owners, property managers, and management companies to market available rental properties to prospective renters across the United States. Through advanced search, neighborhood intelligence, digital marketing, and data-driven discovery tools, Vohna helps renters find housing opportunities while helping advertisers increase the visibility of their listings.

Vohna operates solely as a technology and marketing platform and does not act as a real estate broker, leasing agent, apartment locator, property manager, or representative of landlords or renters. Vohna does not negotiate lease terms, recommend properties in exchange for transaction-based compensation, collect rent or security deposits, execute leases, provide legal or financial advice, or represent any party in a real estate transaction. All inquiries, applications, negotiations, approvals, lease agreements, and rental decisions occur directly between renters and property owners or their authorized representatives.

The Vohna Marketing Partner Program is designed exclusively for advertising and promotional activities. Marketing Partners are independent promoters who create awareness, share listings, produce content, drive traffic, and introduce advertisers and renters to the Vohna platform. Marketing Partners are compensated for authorized marketing services and measurable promotional performance, such as advertising campaigns, qualified platform engagement, advertiser acquisition, or other approved marketing objectives, and are not compensated for brokering leases or representing parties in real estate transactions. Marketing Partners may not negotiate leases, show properties on behalf of owners, collect payments, or engage in any activity requiring a real estate license unless they are independently licensed and authorized to do so.

Vohna's mission is to provide a transparent, technology-first marketplace that connects renters with housing opportunities through advertising, discovery, and innovation while leaving all real estate transactions and leasing decisions to the appropriate parties.

Vohna Marketing Partner Program

The Vohna Marketing Partner Program is a performance-based advertising and growth initiative designed to reward individuals and organizations for promoting the Vohna platform, expanding its community, and increasing the visibility of participating property advertisers.

Marketing Partners are independent advertisers and promoters whose role is limited to creating awareness, sharing Vohna listings, producing content, driving traffic, introducing prospective renters and property owners to the platform, and supporting Vohna's marketing and brand growth initiatives. Marketing Partners earn performance-based rewards for helping advertisers grow their reach and helping Vohna expand its community through approved marketing activities and measurable promotional outcomes.

Compensation is based on authorized marketing services and platform growth objectives, including but not limited to advertiser acquisition, verified platform registrations, qualified inquiries, tour requests, content performance, campaign engagement, and other approved marketing metrics. Marketing Partners are compensated for advertising and promotional efforts only and are not paid for brokering leases, negotiating rental agreements, or representing any party in a real estate transaction.

Marketing Partners are not employees, agents, real estate brokers, leasing agents, apartment locators, or representatives of Vohna or any property owner. They may not negotiate rent or lease terms, recommend properties in exchange for transaction-based compensation, collect rent or security deposits, execute leases, provide legal or financial advice, show properties on behalf of owners unless independently authorized to do so, or engage in any activity requiring a real estate license.

By participating in the Vohna Marketing Partner Program, Marketing Partners acknowledge that their relationship with Vohna is solely for advertising and promotional purposes and that all rewards are earned for marketing performance and community growth rather than for facilitating or completing real estate transactions.
