Privacy Policy

Vohna collects only what we need to match you with a home and run our marketplace. That includes your name, email, search behavior, listing interactions, and (for affiliates) referral attribution data.

Collected by Stripe on our behalf: payment data, identity verification information, and bank account details required to process subscriptions, application fees, and affiliate payouts.

We do not collect or store: raw card numbers, bank account numbers, government-issued ID documents, biometric data, or credit scores. Those live with Stripe under their PCI-compliant infrastructure.

• To send transactional emails (lease updates, payout confirmations, retention alerts).

• We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

• Property managers: only the tenant profile fields they are permitted to see — display name, verified status, premium status. Never full PII.
• Stripe: payment processing, identity verification, and affiliate payouts.
• Lovable Emails: transactional email delivery on our behalf.
• We do not share data with third-party advertisers or data brokers.

• Session cookies for authentication.
• Referral tracking cookies for affiliate attribution (referral code and click timestamp).
• No advertising tracking pixels.
• No third-party retargeting.

• Account data is retained while your account is active.
• On request we delete account data within 30 days.
• Stripe retains payment and identity data per their own retention policy.
• Audit logs (Terms of Service acceptance, payout records) are retained for 7 years for legal compliance.

• Sensitive PII is not stored in Vohna's database.
• All payment and identity data is held by Stripe.

• Storage buckets do not allow public listing; all private assets require signed URLs.

• Right to delete your account and associated data.
• Right to data portability — request an export at any time.

Vohna is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We will notify users of material changes by email and by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Vohna after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
