Terms of Service

Please read carefully. By using Vohna you agree to these terms.

1.Subscription Billing

Vohna is free for property managers during the launch phase. Once the platform reaches its public-launch threshold, monthly subscription tiers take effect. Full pricing, included listing counts, and tier limits are presented during the partner onboarding process and within the Partner Agreement so partners can review all terms before committing.

Subscriptions renew monthly. You may upgrade at any time (prorated immediately). Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; no partial refunds. A 7-day grace period applies for failed payments before listings are unpublished.

Early adopter discount: property managers who publish at least one listing before paid tiers begin retain a lifetime discount on standard subscription tiers. Discount details are confirmed during onboarding.

2.Application Fees

Application fees are set by each property manager and shown to tenants before they apply. All application fees are non-refundable once submitted.

Application fees are split between the property manager and Vohna under a model disclosed in the Partner Agreement. Loyal property managers (continuously active 6+ months with positive standing) qualify automatically for improved split terms.

3.Affiliate Program

Vohna earns a commission on each successfully completed lease. The commission amount and applicable rate are determined by the partner's subscription tier and disclosed in full during the partner onboarding process and within the Partner Agreement.

Affiliates earn a share of Vohna's commission on each signed lease they refer. Affiliate rates are competitive, grow with performance, and are confirmed within the Affiliate Agreement and the affiliate dashboard upon approval. Payouts run biweekly.

  • ACH transfer: free.
  • Instant payout: available for a small fee — details in the affiliate dashboard.
  • Commission voided if: tenant cancels the lease within the cooling-off window, the referral is fraudulent, the affiliate violates the no-contact policy, or KYC verification fails.
  • KYC required via Stripe Identity before the first payout is released.

4.No-Contact Policy

Affiliates may not contact tenants they have referred through any channel — email, phone, SMS, social media, or in person. Tenant contact details are never exposed to the affiliate side of the platform.

  • First documented violation: written warning and 30-day suspension.
  • Second violation: permanent removal from the affiliate program and forfeiture of pending commissions.
  • Annual re-acceptance of the no-contact policy is required to maintain affiliate status.

5.Identity Verification

Identity verification is handled exclusively by Stripe Identity. Vohna does not store identity documents, photos (including selfie captures), or biometric data — only the verification status, session ID, and date are retained.

Stripe Identity is used for both tenant (premium badge) and affiliate (KYC) verification.

The Verified badge on a tenant profile requires an active Premium subscription and a passed Stripe Identity check. The badge is not a credit check, background check, or guarantee of tenancy.

Affiliates must complete Stripe Identity verification before their application can be approved and before any commission payout is released.

Stripe Identity is governed by Stripe's privacy policy. See also Stripe's general privacy policy for details on how verification data is processed.

6.Payout Terms

All payouts run through Stripe Connect (Express accounts). Property managers and affiliates each onboard their own Stripe account; Vohna never holds funds outside the platform's Stripe environment.

  • Property manager commission payouts: weekly, ACH free.
  • Affiliate payouts: biweekly, ACH free, instant 1.5%.
  • Stripe processing fees apply per their published schedule.

7.Image Rights

By importing listing photos to Vohna, the property manager confirms they own the rights to those images or have a valid license to use and display them. Vohna may remove any image that violates this representation without notice.

8.Data Handling

Vohna stores only operational data needed to run the marketplace — names, emails, listing interactions, scoring inputs, and audit logs. Sensitive PII (card numbers, bank details, government IDs, credit data) is held by Stripe under their compliance perimeter and never touches our database.
